At Les Reflets Roz, our table reflects the same philosophy as our guesthouse: simplicity, authenticity and connection to nature.
As a vegetarian guesthouse in Brittany, we offer a relaxed and welcoming food experience based on local, seasonal and mostly organic ingredients.
Staying with us means enjoying a peaceful bed and breakfast in the French countryside, where meals are part of the overall experience of slow travel, comfort and well-being.

Our host’s table experience celebrates plant-based cooking inspired by the Breton terroir and our travels. Vegetables come from a nearby market gardener, cheeses from local farms and cider from a producer just a few kilometres away.

From spring 2026, we will offer a regular shared vegetarian dinner for guests staying at the B&B.
My goal is not to convince anyone that vegetarian food is better — simply to show that it is delicious.

Breakfast is included in all stays at our eco-friendly bed and breakfast in Brittany.
Served between 8:30 and 9:30, it is a generous, homemade breakfast designed to start the day calmly.
You will enjoy:
- Sourdough bread and local butter
- Homemade jams
- Granola and fresh fruit or seasonal compote
- Fresh cheese from Saint-Malo
- Hot drinks and herbal apple juice
- Occasionally homemade crêpes or madeleines
This breakfast reflects our commitment to local food, slow living and sustainable hospitality.

Late Brunch Option – For Slow Travel Lovers
For guests who enjoy sleeping in or extending their morning, we offer a brunch option at the guesthouse (around 11:00), replacing breakfast.
This vegetarian brunch combines sweet and savoury homemade dishes using seasonal ingredients.
It is ideal for travellers practising slow travel in Brittany or enjoying a late departure.
Available for multi-night stays or late check-out.
Price: 15€ per person.
ApéRoz – A Relaxed Afternoon Sharing Board
Our ApéRoz sharing board is perfect for a relaxed afternoon or early evening moment at the guesthouse.
It includes:
- Two drinks of your choice (wine, beer, cider, lemonade or apple juice)
- Homemade vegetable spread
- Crackers
- Olives or pickles
Enjoy it in the garden, on the terrace or in your room.
Reservation required the day before.
Price: 15€ per board.
Dinner Basket – Easy Vegetarian Dinner at the Guesthouse
For guests who prefer to stay in, our vegetarian dinner basket at the B&B offers a simple, comforting meal made with fresh, local products.
It includes:
- Seasonal soup
- One drink per person
- Crisps
- Three homemade vegetable spreads
- Bread and crackers
- Olives or pickles
- Cheese plate
- Homemade dessert
Perfect for a quiet evening after a day of exploring Brittany.
